TipsieToes will gladly exchange or give a full refund for shoes that are not worn or damaged if they are sent to us within 30 days of the original invoice date. Customers are required to pay for the shipping back to us, and TipsieToes will pay for the return shipping. Please use the sizing chart that is available on the website to insure that the proper sizes are purchased. TipsieToes reserves the right to refuse exchanges and returns for shoes that are worn or damaged.

If there is a problem with the construction of the shoe we will gladly exhange for a new pair or refund your money, including any shipping charges back to us.

TipsieToes recommends using the US Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS for returns, so that those shipments can be tracked online.
